· Information you submit: name, company, email, phone, country, products and categories of interest, estimated quantity and your requirements via our inquiry form or quotation list;
· Items and quantities you add to the cart (used only to build your enquiry — we never ask for payment details);
· Recorded only after you consent to analytics: pages visited, referring website, device type, language and similar statistics, plus a random identifier used to tell visitors apart. If you reject analytics, we do not create a visitor identifier or record page views.
· Visitors do not need an account, and we do not collect ID documents or bank card data.
2. How we use it
To reply to enquiries, provide quotations and samples, arrange production and shipping, improve the website and product presentation, and prevent spam and abuse. We do not sell your information.
3. Retention
Inquiries and correspondence are normally kept for 3 years (after-sales and repeat orders); raw visitor statistics are kept for about 400 days and then deleted automatically.
4. Sharing
Only where necessary to deliver our service: our hosting provider, business email provider, and logistics or payment providers where applicable. We may disclose information where required by law.
5. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
6. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls and password hashing to protect data; no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure.
7. Where data is stored
The website and database are hosted on servers we select; where cross-border transfer is involved we comply with applicable law.

Information you submit must be accurate and lawful, and must not infringe the rights of others or contain malicious content.
